Student Housing
for Everyone
To provide all students with MIAD supported housing options, MIAD and 252, LLC have sought additional apartment style living opportunities for students. While the units are in different buildings, the lease agreements are the same across all MIAD supported housing and provide secure entry and onsite MIAD staff.
All other locations are within a mile walking distance from the MIAD Academic Building and these leases are managed by Two50Two management.
