Two50Two Amenities
Units at Two50Two are designed to comfortably accommodate five students with two to three students sharing a bedroom. Units are furnished with a full-size couch, chair or love seat, end table, coffee table in the living room and include a flat screen LED TV and a technology package including Wi-Fi, and HDMI wall connection. Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher along with an island and bar stools. Bedrooms are furnished with dressers, nightstands, desks and desk chairs, and twin XL beds.

To provide all students with MIAD supported housing options, MIAD and 252, LLC have sought additional apartment style living opportunities for students. While the units are in different buildings, the lease agreements are the same across all MIAD supported housing and provide secure entry and onsite MIAD staff.
All other locations are within a mile walking distance from the MIAD Academic Building and these leases are managed by Two50Two management.
