MIAD Housing consists of a variety of accommodations and floor plans and are subject to change. Standard units in the Two50Two building are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units that are furnished to accommodate up to 5 tenants.

ACADEMIC YEAR
Double Bedroom Occupancy - $9,275.00 per Tenant
Our double bedrooms are designed to provide comfortable living space for two tenants, with ample room for beds, desks, chairs, and dressers. Priced at $9,275 per tenant for the academic year, these units offer an affordable and convenient housing option for students that prefer to share a bedroom with only one other tenant.
Triple Bedroom Occupancy - $7,480.00 per Tenant
Our Triple bedrooms offer a great option for students who prefer to share a bedroom with two other tenants, while enjoying the benefits of a more affordable living space. These bedrooms are priced at $7,480.00 per tenant for the academic year with ample room for beds, desks, chairs, and dressers. This bedroom is also equipped with a full connected bathroom.
To accomodate everyone in this bedroom, one bed is lofted above the tenants desk and the other beds are bunk beds.

Additional Costs to Consider
Beyond rent, students should plan for essential living expenses throughout the academic year. These costs cover everyday necessities such as laundry, personal care/cleaning supplies, and Renters Insurance/Security Deposit. Below is a breakdown of estimated expenses for one academic year (37 weeks):
Laundry (Washer & Dryer)
$100 - $200
Laundry costs $2.75 per load, with an estimated expense based on 1-2 loads per week. Students should plan to bring cash to reload their laundry card at the refill station located in the lobby, as the machine does not accept credit or debit cards.
Personal Care & Cleaning Supplies

Personal care and cleaning supplies for essentials such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.
Renters Insurance & Security Deposit
$365
Renters insurance is automatically included for $70 per semester, unless you choose to opt-out (see Helpful Downloads). A $225 security deposit is required and may be refunded based on the condition of the unit at move-out.
